On December 4th, 2024, it appears that Luigi Mangione, a 26 year old graduate of the University of Pennsylvania cowardly road a bicycle into Manhattan New York, pulled out what is being called a (3D printed) ghost gun and shot Brian Thompson, CEO of United Health Care in the back. Sadly, Brian Thompson died from his injuries while Luigi's following on social media soared through the roof as the curious began delving into his social media posts to see what might have driven him to this villainous act. So, this is what it takes now for someone to become famous... Kill someone in cold blood by shooting them in the back. Place cryptic inscriptions on the bullets and then flee the scene. Is this really what the world is coming to?

Luigi Mangione graduated from a private all-boys school in Maryland, where he was class valedictorian. He even attained both a Bachelors and Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania. He was a well educated man that appeared to have everything going for him. There is evidence that he was suffering from chronic back pain. But you would never guess he would become a cold blooded killer.

Even sadder is the idea that no one can stop watching this story. We're all just waiting for the next juicy piece of information. We've got 101 questions that really don't help anyone... questions like 'Does he have siblings?' 'Where are they at?' 'Who are his parents?' 'Where are they at?' 'Does he have dog?' 'Does he have a cat?' 'Does he have a girl friend' He's got his shirt off alot on his social media pages. 'Is he gay?' Why do we have all of these questions? Even worse, there are some that appear to be happy that an executive over a major health care entity was killed. And this is troubling.

The irrelevant information about this man has become the latest irresistable consumable for avid readers when we all know the truth. This man is a criminal. He's a killer. And he's a coward. He shouldn't be celebrated. He should not be sensationalized. He should not be glamorized. He should not be punished to the full extent of the law.
